Job description: We are seeking a dedicated Accounting Manager/Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will manage invoice creation, oversee accounts payable distributions, and collaborate with the billing and accounts payable clerks. This position is crucial in our industry and plays a key role in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring smooth financial operations.Responsibilities:

• Oversee the invoice creation process, ensuring accuracy and promptness.
• Work closely with the billing and accounts payable clerks to ensure seamless financial operations.
• Manage accounts payable distributions with precision.
• Monitor and maintain customer credit records meticulously.
• Handle customer credit applications efficiently.
• Perform auditing tasks as required.
• Supervise the month-end close process.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries related to their accounts.
• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions when needed.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.

• At least 3 years of relevant experience is necessary.

• Proficiency in Auditing is required.

• Experience in managing Month End Close procedures is essential.

• Demonstrated ability to handle Invoices effectively and efficiently.

• Detail oriented certification such as CPA (Certified Public Accountant) is preferred, Bachelors Degree required

• Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).

• Hands-on experience with accounting software like QuickBooks or SAP.

• Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong organizational and leadership skills.

• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
