You will be responsible for managing end-to-end omni-channel marketing plans and collaborating with key stakeholders to achieve business goals through long-term planning. Led by the Director, Marketing- Strategy & Insights, this opportunity will suit someone with strong negotiation and collaboration skills.Ready to make an impact? Here’s how:

• Manage the planning of enterprise priorities as defined annually by Merchandising for Marketing.
• Translate business objectives into customer-focused, brand-right marketing plans.
• Partner with Merchants and cross-functional stakeholders to understand business strategy and goals for top strategic marketing priorities.
• Support the development of strategic marketing plans that integrate cross-functional inputs.
• Deliver annual omni-channel customer marketing plans that align with business objectives.
• Collaborate with the media team, channel teams, communications, PR, and agencies to define and activate omni-channel communications plans.
• Brief internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing plans.
• Partner with the Insights team to analyze and understand marketing performance.
• Work with Merchant teams to organize weekly marketing activities, including flyer, email, and digital marketing.

We’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business with 3-5 years’ experience managing end-to-end omni-channel marketing plans in a leadership capacity.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and negotiate effectively to achieve business goals.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and make quick, informed decisions.
• Strong team player with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• The ability to be onsite three days a week at our corporate office in St. Jacobs, to accommodate our hybrid working model.
