Work arrangements will be discussed with hiring managers per departmental guidelines.Your roleCBC/Radio-Canada’s is seeking an experienced analyst to support the Real Estate Transactions, Transmission team in review of telecommunication site share applications for the let and lease of transmission facilities, as well as the preparation of related agreements. You will procure information from internal and external partners. Using that information, you will present transaction summaries to parties for review. Working closely with the Senior Manager, Asset and Lease Management, Real Estate Transactions, terms will be negotiated with landlords and tenants. Using agreed terms you will draft and present license and lease agreements to parties for execution. You will work with internal and external Finance representatives as well as, risk management, engineering, and operations partners to coordinate logistics and administrative requirements in all aspects of facility use.Working closely with the Senior Manager, Asset and Lease Management, the successful candidate will be responsible for all day-to-day transactional processes for the let and lease of telecommunication facilities, throughout Canada.You will be responsible for:
