Job description: About the Opportunity

• Audit daily revenue integrations and assess control account balances for reasonability
• Test accuracy of general ledger interface accounts using three-way matching and application controls
• Investigate variances to identify root causes and prevent recurrence
• Troubleshoot ERP Revenue and Payment Interface issues with IT, SAP consultants, and internal stakeholders
• Maintain audit documentation and escalate issues for timely resolution
• Ensure compliance with internal controls for revenue reporting to manage risk
• Reconcile high-volume revenue and payment transactions and analyze major variances
• Validate transactions in SAP and prepare/post journal entries
• Prepare monthly revenue and transaction reports; support development of future metrics
• Lead revenue sections of external and internal audits
• Assist with system updates, interface changes, new equipment, and testing
• Provide backup support for administrative finance tasks as needed

About You

• CPA – designated or in progress
• 3-5 experience in full-cycle accounting, specifically working with external auditors, period-end close, variance analysis/resolving discrepancies, and revenue reconciliation
• Experience with a large ERP systems, SAP S4Hana is highly preferred
• High proficiency with MS Excel
