• Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support strategic business decisions and identify opportunities for growth.

• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models to ensure accurate reporting and planning.

• Lead development of financial budgets and forecasts to support the business objectives;

• Lead development and enhancement of reporting and analytics to provide the business with meaningful insights.

• Provide guidance and training to team members on financial processes and best practices.

Requirements:

• A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, with a recognized designation (CPA, CFA) preferred.

• Designated Accountant with a minimum of 5-7 years of relevant financial services experience

• Advanced Excel skills for information modelling to simplify the analysis of large quantities of data

• Proven experience in financial analysis, accounting, and auditing.

• Expertise in budget processes, capital management, and financial forecasting.

• Familiarity with Confluence and other collaboration tools to streamline reporting.

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.

Expected salary: $90000 – 92000 per year
