Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Sushi Chef or relevant role in a fast-paced environment.
• Extensive knowledge of sushi preparation techniques and Japanese culinary traditions.
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Food Safety Certification (Food Handler’s Certificate).
