• Greeting patrons in a professional, friendly and approachable manner
• Retrieving vehicles quickly and safely
• Opening vehicle doors for patrons as they arrive
• Providing patrons with information regarding Casino amenities, promotions and events
• Operating all types of vehicles including manual shift transmission and high performance vehicles
• Parking patron’s vehicles in designated areas
• Recording vehicle information and parking location on ticket
• Accommodating patrons requiring assistance on departure
• Working in all kinds of weather conditions
• Cross training as a Valet Dispatcher
• Working safely and in compliance with OH&S policies and legislation

• Working independently and as one team that supports and helps one another
• Flexibility to support a 24/7 operation

The ideal candidate has:

• Valid Ontario full class “G” license without any limitations, restrictions or major infractions
• Minimum two years driving experience
• Smart Serve certification
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work at times of high traffic volume
• Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy
